These functions have been built to use PB's internal system call interface.

Run libs/build_libs.bat once.
Open fastfuncs.sln in Visual C++.
Choose (Build > Batch Build...) to build the complete set of dll's.
Import the appropriate fastfuncsXXX\*.sr? files into a powerbuilder library.
